FourHouse  aims to develop the planning and programming of two stages of a civil construction project. In addition, it also seeks to study all the movement and storage of materials involved in these same steps. The project deals with the construction of buildings for the client who wants   to FourHouse build  his house. Due to the characteristics of each client, it must comply with strict time and resource consumption targets in order to adjust and reduce costs. These assumptions will serve  as a basis for preparing the production program. The proposal  obtained and appropriate  the amount of labor used in each of these stages. After defining this program, it is  possible to also study the materials involved as well as propose suggestions.
