The client acquired for investment  a T2 property in Benfica - Lisbon, in which FourHouse carried out a total remodeling, plumbing, sewage, electricity, gas, demolitions and construction of several walls, removal of flooring old, regularization with concrete and application of new wooden flooring, false ceilings, stucco, wardrobes and new armored door.

FourHouse carried out  a project for the various divisions of the apartment and carried out the work in its entirety.

The apartment  acquired greater amplitude,  functionality and comfort through the careful selection of materials and finishes.
