The client purchased an apartment from the late 1970s in the town of Ameixoeira, Lumiar in the city of Lisbon  in which FourHouse carried out a total refurbishment, plumbing, sewage, electricity, demolitions and construction of several walls , removing old floors and coatings   and applying new modern coatings with modern and pleasant colors and textures easy to clean and maintain, tectos fake stuccoes e roupeiros.

FourHouse carried out  a project for two bathrooms, hall and hallway of the apartment and carried out the work in its entirety.

The intervened divisions  acquired a greater range, functionality and comfort through the careful selection of materials and finishes.
