Remodeling of a two-family house from the 1980s. This work is the result of a project to remodel a house, with the aim of transforming it to the customer's taste and requirements. 

This was an old property that was outdated, with signs of wear and tear, so it was necessary to carry out works and architectural modifications, both in the building and in the outdoor space dedicated to the garden and annex.

The work carried out gave this property a new dynamic and the end result was an incredible, renovated and modern house. This project intended to enhance the available areas and maximize their use and, therefore, a remodelação was carried out on three floors, the attic being a dead space that gained a new life, reorganization with the construction of new spaces on the 1st floor, on the ground floor the open space concept was used to incorporate the dining room and kitchen into a single space, spacious and dynamic, the exterior was remodeled in the annex, construction of a swimming pool and barbecue to create a pleasant environment. All specialties were carried out again from the extensions / contadores, general painting, replacement of aluminum windows with PVC with Guardian Sun glass, thermal blinds, false ceilings with insulation, general busting of all walls interiors with stucco mortar and ironwork.
