The present apartment refurbishment project in Oeiras had as its main objective the enhancement of space, through the modernization and attribution of functionality to the various areas. These clients' idea for their T3 apartment was to adapt the entire space to their personality and, above all, to their daily needs.

The apartment in question, with a Swedish construction, by reinforced concrete modules, has only 75 m2 of useful area. Its state was a little aged and the materials used were already over 45 years old, with quite intensive use, in addition to the fact that the divisions were poorly used, which made the apartment uninviting. New installation of  electrical network from the branch adapted to new times and needs, new installation from the plumbing meter de  water and sewage, new ceramic coverings and Vinyl floors by Tarket and room changes according to customer needs.
